These students and their families are cordially invited to a Youth Art and Music Month reception on Sunday, March 13, 2011.  The following events will be held:

2-4 pm Art Walk. View Ann Arbor Public School students’ artwork in merchant windows and at the Ann Arbor District Library while en route to the Michigan Theater for the concert and awards ceremony.

2-3 pm Refreshments at Palio Restaurant, 347 S. Main.  Pick up your Art Walk map and enjoy meeting the other participants.

4-5 pm Sea to Shining Sea, a Benard L. Maas Family Concert presented by the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra. This special concert features music about water and earth while showcasing the themed artwork of AAPS students.

5 pm Awards Ceremony. Following the A2SO Concert, students will be presented with an award on the Michigan Theater stage.
